¿Cuánto cuestan?
YOU MUST USE YOUR TEXTBOOK FOR THIS ACTIVITY. Look on page 269 at activity 5. You're going to state how much each item costs using the verb "costar", a stem-changing verb. Its forms, "cuesta" and "cuestan" are both given to you in the directions of the activity. You must DESCRIBE what the item is in addition to giving its price (i.e., you can't say "Cuesta sesenta pesos"...you have to tell me WHAT costs 60 pesos). You also MUST spell out the number; don't just write the "60", write "sesenta". For example:
Q: (earrings that cost 75 pesos)
A: Los aretes cuestan setenta y cinco pesos.
