Computing Services Pre-Hire Assessment
Introduction Geek Squad is seeking additional individuals for the Computing Services Renew team. This important team answers calls through 800 Geek Squad – and assists our Clients in resolving their PC and MAC/APPLE based problems. As a member of this team, you would be responsible to listen and understand what the Client is calling about, diagnose what that issue is, and offer up the best possible solution to resolve that issue. This Technical Assessment is in place to determine your technical aptitude and also your ability and curiosity in determining what the Client’s issue is; based on the different pieces of information the Client could provide you with. There is a mix of multiple choice, fill in the blank, and open-ended questions. You’ll also notice that questions are broken into Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced categories along with some troubleshooting scenarios.
