This is the KC test after every recursive session to evaluate the retention of knowledge for all participants. This link is available for all CVG Sites - Bacolod, Cebu, and Megamall. Completion of this assessment indicates completion of the recursive topic for the week. List of agents who fail to meet 80% for the assessment will be reported to the site management for performance validation and coaching.
