For numbers 1-5: Your family is making vacation plans and wants to stay in a big resort hotel. When you ask the travel agent whether certain amenities are available, he or she assures you that they are or tells you that he or she isn't sure. Use the cues to play the travel agent. Zum Beispiel:

Fragen: Gibt es einen Tennisplatz? (sicher sein)
Antwort: Ich bin sicher, dass es einen Tennisplatz gibt

For numbers 6-8: Your older brother tried to find accommodations for both of you in Tirol, but it was too late and all rooms were booked. You knew this was bound to happen, so you are resigned when he tells you. Use the cues to respond to him. Zum Beispiel:

Frage: Im Hotel ist alles ausgebucht. (eben)
Antwort: Ja, das ist eben so.
