For numbers 1-7: Some people like to brag about their hometown. Imagine you are such a person, and rephrase everybody's statements using comparative adjectives. Zum Beispiel:

Frage: Unsere Stadt hat einen alten Dom.
Antwort: Unsere Stadt hat einen viel älteren Dom.

For numbers 8-11: Agree with the following wishes, and use a comparative to restate those wishes. Zum Beispiel:

Frage: ich wünsche mir ein großes Haus.
Antwort: Ja, ich wünsche mir auch ein größeres Haus.
