Billie and the Parent Plan

The book is about a girl named Millie Stubbs (Billie).And Billie's mom gets in love with a new person and marries him. But Billie dose not like him at all she thinks he is not cool lam, not him and so on.So Billie comes up with a plan. Her plan is to get her best friend Archie and his family to adopt her. But at the end Billie relizes that her new stepfather is really cool.
