To tell someone you address as USTED/USTEDES to do something, use formal commands.
To form them do the following:
You take the present tense YO form and replace the final "O" of the YO form with an "E/EN" for -AR verbs and "A/AN" for -ER and -IR verbs.
Example: Hablar = hablo = hable/hablen
Tener = tengo = tenga/tengan
Escribir = escribo = escriba/escriban
