John Coogan, also Known as Crash, likes to play football and bullies Penn Webb, a neighbor who Crash didn't like from the start. Crash starts on track and starts to stand up for Penn. He let Penn win a race off to go to the Penn Relays. He then gives Penn his turtle that Mike, an even bigger bully, and Crash's old best friend stole from him. Then Penn get's 2nd place in the Penn Relays and is now Crash's best friend.
