The Agent Guide is located in an Excel Work sheet and contains filters that VMC Agents are expected to effectively use as a resource while taking calls. Utilize the Agent Guide to find the answers (make sure to clear your filters before every search!) 1. Select the SCAL_VMC folder on your desktop. 2. Select the Agent Icons folder. 3. Select Agent Guide.
