HP Policy Change: NO Credits to Close the Sale

Agents and Team Leads are not allowed to use credits to CLOSE THE SALE.

You must use your BOSS selling skills to determine what the customer needs and then present the features and benefits of that product in order to sell it.

We are not offering any further discounts on our products to close the sale. Any Agent or Team Lead who is offering further discounts will be in violation of this policy.

The only exception to the policy would be price matching an exact sku/config against a retailer.

If you are actually presenting the features and benefits of our products to your customers, you will be able to close the sale on your merit without needing to provide discount. BOSS also allows you to control the call and lead the discussion so it will cut down on your AHT.

Our products are fairly priced for the demand that we're seeing and we're not offering any further discounts at the time of the sale.
