Leader in Education - seeking feedback
This is a multi source 360 feedback tool that has been trialled by three established trainers . All three of us have learned from the feedback to enable us as surgical trainers to develop our skills as trainers. The questions being asked are deliberately matched to the domains described by the FST, GMC and AoMe. They further incorporate the learning from twenty years of the Silver Scalpel Award to identify the best Surgical Trainer of the Land. We now want you to rate the each of the questions and seek your feedback The rating is to be used will 1-9 i.e. 1=never and 9=always with a not applicable option but for the purpose of this enquiry Please rate the question itself - 1 equals not relevant to 9 being very relevant The free text questions at the end are inviting you comment on the relevance of that question and the questions in the questionnaire as a whole This feedback tool is anonymous We would now like to ask you to look at the format and offer your feedback Your feedback is valuable - thank you
