    Alcohol abuse affects more than just the person who is drinking too much.
    Alcohol is a stimulant that peps you up and speeds the body systems.
    A person can drink enough at one time to go into a coma and die.
    Adults can become addicted to alcohol more easily than teens.
    Binge drinking means the same thing as alcoholism.

    Just be active in PE class.
    Hire a personal nutritionist.
