* Make sure that the customer has dropped off the box with RMA to FedEx.
* If it’s a return pick-up, please check FedEx tracking in TOMI if there is a return tracking number

Use this form if…
* You can verify through FedEx Return Manager that the item was returned to the Memphis warehouse but the customer has not received credit for the return.
* Set up the return in TOMI and record the R number below.
* If you cannot positively verify that the item was returned to our warehouse, record the H number below and write "unconfirmed" in the tracking window. A return specialist will research the issue.
