Address Correction

HHO allows minor corrections to ship-to addresses once an order is placed and prior to shipment to prevent mis-deliveries. Request may be attempted for CTO and STO/3PP items not shipping SmartPost.
Always advise the customer that address corrections are only requests and we are unable to guarantee that the change can be successfully made even when the request is valid. Why?:
The item may already be out for delivery and cannot be changed
For the security of our customers, HHO has restrictions on address changes or corrections.
For security reasons, Address correction requests cannot be used to completely change a ship-to address just because a customer wants to ship it somewhere else entirely.
