Parts Replacement
- Must be within 21 days of purchase. - Note: This form should NOT be submitted for the following listed below: o Missing Ink/Printhead included on "What’s in the Box" for the printer. What to do: Place new order and request Promo/Replacement. o Any missing Product Key or Software included on CTO configuration. What to do: Submit a Case Manager Request. o Any missing part item Pre-installed on CTO configuration (Like: Processor/ Operating System/Harddrive/Memory, etc.). What to do: Process Return and exchange (within 21 days) or escalate via Case Manager Request (beyond 21 days). o Any product without serial number cannot be processed successfully through Astro/Newton system. (example: Camcorder/Camera/Keyboard and Mouse Kit / USB TV Tuner/ Adapter / Speakers / PMD / Software, etc). What to do: Process Return and exchange if within 21 days. Check the data that has been pre-populated, enter data for blank fields and insure complete Notes.
