Trainer Certification Survey

Overview: This survey contains simple questions that would take approximately 5–8mins to answer. The information gathered here will be used as basis in Trainer Certification that will target compliance in new hire training delivery based on client standards.

The goal of this process to ensure consistency and calibration of all Trainers who handle Tier 1 markets in Training Delivery which includes facilitation skills AND adherence to the objectives stated in the client curriculum. This will involve working with other Tier 1 master trainers and or Training Supervisor/Manager. Once established, this will be followed as a recertification process for all Trainers that will be done quarterly or annually.
