Proactive Care Encounters

One of Kaiser Permanente’s main areas of focus is being proactive and preventative with our members. The call center can help drive this initiative by checking the preventative care tab to bring to the members attention and ultimately schedule appointments such as, Mammography’s, Pap smears, immunizations, etc. It is crucial that the call center completes this part of each call as this Saves lives. There are 8 Proactive Care Encounters.
