I am making this exercise to attempt to help students with this tricky area of English spelling/pronunciation. prònŭncíātion-kēy: hăt, hāte, fáther; pĕt, Pēte, café; dĭm, dīme, skí; nŏd, nōde; cŭt, cūte, acoústic; bўt, bӯte, envý; à, è, ì, ò, ù, ỳ = ə; ȧ, ė, ȯ, u̇, ẏ = similar to ĭ but stressless; rubbɇd; façade, soc©er; aġe, ğet
