WELCOME TO REGISTRY REVIEW!!

Seniors,
Today was the final quiz for RA202. I have gone into engrade and dropped your lowest two scores. You will notice an "excused" in the place of those scores. Depending on the scores that were dropped, you may or may not see an increase in your final score. NO ONE decreased their grade. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The class average was 86.9%. Most frequently missed was #7. Notice it states "maximum" and not minimum. ah ha!

Most frequently missed questions were #13 and #29. Please review these. The class average was 81%

#23 was the most frequently missed question. "when does cerebral function impairment begin to occur from lack of oxygen?" The correct answer was D, but I can not locate this anywhere. I will be giving everyone credit for this question. The class average was 92%. Have a "SAFE" weekend! :)
RA202 positioning class 1 quiz
average score on this was 64% hmmmm... These questions were missed by more than 50% of the class #6,8,11,12,16,17,18,19,21 and 22. Please review those.(you may see them again)

Both of the Positioning Quizzes while I was gone had very low scores. This is an important area of the board exam. To increase these scores and to help ensure this information is being retained I am offering an activity for extra credit. Print the quizzes below (6/6 and 6/13) and write the correct answers for each question along with a page reference for where you found the correct answer. For example: “1. A- page 36 of Lange book”. You will receive ½ point added to your score for each question or a maximum of 15 points on each test. Each question must include the “correct” answer and a reference to receive points. Incomplete assignments will not receive additional points. It is not required that you complete this activity, only if you would like to improve your grade. This will be due on (or before) June 27, 2008 at 8:15am. No late assignments will be accepted.

The average score from today's quiz was 86.9%! Either I went easy on that one or everyone it getting this stuff. There were no questions that were missed by 50%. Have a great weekend.

The Patient Care Test scores were great! Everyone got credit for the contact precaution question. ***Please remember to check your answers prior to submitting. It seems many students choices were not recorded. This is no different than turning in your scantron sheet without it being complete. Since we are getting used to this testing program, scores were not penalized. If this is to occur in the future you will be given the score that is recorded. If this happens on the national board exam, you will not get a chance to have your score altered. You must get adjusted to computerized testing. Please see me if you have questions. ***
