CHAPTER 16—ROOM SERVICE
After studying Section 16.1, you should know how to: list Room Service Elements, Forecast Demand and schedule staff, and prepae for a service shift. Section 16.2 will enable to take, route, prepare, and deliver room service orders. After studying Section 16.2, you should know how to: describe income control procedures, explain how to gather guest comments, list typical guest complaints about room service, and describe the use of feedback in planning.
